I am not sure if I wrote to say a BIG THANK YOU.
The labels arrived Friday last week, which gave me time to prepare them for sending Monday. The customer

The Leigh UTC spoke to Olympic about a short-notice project to produce some special pin badges

Printed Bar Codes – 2D QR Barcodes
A Printed Bar Code is a number that can be read automatically by a machine. Bar Codes are ideal for customers wanting to keep track of their goods and monitoring usage or stock levels. 2D QR Printed Bar Codes are a fantastic way of giving your clients and prospective clients all your contact information and/or details of your website.
What is a 2D QR or Quick Response Barcode?
QR Codes or Quick Response Barcodes are a 2 dimensional barcode that can be viewed by QR Scanners, mobile phones such as the iPhone, or Blackberry or other Android phones which have downloaded the QR reader app.
The coding consists of an image in black and white in a square shape. Each Quick Response or QR Code can contain a large variety of information.
What are Printed Barcodes used for?
Standard Bar Codes can be produced on NCR Pads, NCR Sets, Continuous Forms or Single Page Documents. Bar Codes can even be printed on both sides of the page if required.
The new QR Barcodes can hold a great deal more information that the Standard Barcodes. They can provide all the details on your Business Card, a Web address, Marketing projects, Point of Sale material, Direct Mail, Email Marketing, Tickets, Conferences, they could even link to a music download site.
Artwork for Barcodes and QR Barcodes
We can create your Barcodes for you and prepare all the artwork for your print project. Whether you want a conventional barcode to go on your standard documents or a 2D Quick Response Code to go on your business cards, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, marketing material or promotional gift we can help.
Numbering and Perfing
Numbering and Perfing can be produced automatically during printing. Numbering can be in multi positions on a page, sequential or random and where applicable covers can also be numbered. OCR Numbering or Optical Character Recognition Numbering which can be read by machine for such things as cheques, giros and certain bills is also available. Perfing can be vertical to allow you to tear off some of the pages in a book, sprockets to be torn off with continuous for example or with statement/remittance forms where you want your client to return just the remittance part. Horizontal perfing where you may require part of the form to be torn off as used on reply cards for example. Both vertical and horizontal perfing can be produced at the same time Particularly useful on NCR Pads, Sets and Continuous Forms or Fan folded.
